1. Service Description

CryptoSwap is a front-end interface that facilitates cryptocurrency exchanges through licensed third-party exchange providers. CryptoSwap does not hold, custody, or control any cryptocurrency funds. All exchanges are processed by our exchange partners and are subject to their respective terms of use.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency exchanges are prohibited
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction

3. Exchange Rates and Fees

• Exchange rates displayed are estimates based on current market conditions and may change at the time of deposit
• Floating rate exchanges: the final amount received may differ slightly from the estimate due to market volatility
• Network fees vary by blockchain and are included in the quoted rate
• CryptoSwap earns a fee on completed exchanges through our exchange partners

4. No Custody of Funds

CryptoSwap does not at any time hold, store, control, or have access to your cryptocurrency. Once you send funds to the deposit address provided, the exchange is processed entirely by our exchange partners. CryptoSwap is not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from incorrect wallet addresses, network issues, or our exchange partners' processing.

5. Irreversibility of Transactions

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the network. If you send funds to the deposit address, the exchange cannot be cancelled or reversed. Please verify all details carefully before sending.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use CryptoSwap for:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity
• Circumventing sanctions or regulatory requirements
• Any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CryptoSwap is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate exchange rates, or that the platform will be free of errors. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and exchange rates can change rapidly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoSwap and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, missed exchange opportunities, or service interruptions.

9. Third-Party Services

CryptoSwap integrates with third-party providers including payment and exchange service providers such as Mercuryo, MoonPay, Transak, Banxa, Topper, Sardine, Stripe, and Guardian. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. CryptoSwap is not responsible for the actions or failures of third-party providers.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
