By accessing or using CryptoSwap at cryptoswap.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Service Description

CryptoSwap is a front-end interface that facilitates cryptocurrency exchanges through licensed third-party exchange providers. CryptoSwap does not hold, custody, or control any cryptocurrency funds. All exchanges are processed by our exchange partners and are subject to their respective terms of use.

Once you send funds to the deposit address provided, the exchange is processed entirely by our exchange partners. CryptoSwap is not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from incorrect wallet addresses, network issues, or our exchange partners' processing.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the network. If you send funds to the deposit address, the exchange cannot be cancelled or reversed. Please verify all details carefully before sending.

CryptoSwap is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate exchange rates, or that the platform will be free of errors. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and exchange rates can change rapidly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoSwap and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, missed exchange opportunities, or service interruptions.

CryptoSwap integrates with third-party providers including payment and exchange service providers such as Mercuryo, MoonPay, Transak, Banxa, Topper, Sardine, Stripe, and Guardian. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. CryptoSwap is not responsible for the actions or failures of third-party providers.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
