CryptoSwap charges approximately 1% which is included in the exchange rate shown. Network fees (gas) are also deducted automatically — these vary by blockchain. There are no hidden fees.

Yes — minimum amounts vary by token pair and change with market conditions. If you enter an amount below the minimum, you'll see a warning on the swap form before you proceed. Typical minimums are around $10–20 equivalent.

With a floating rate, the exchange rate shown is an estimate based on current market conditions — the final amount is calculated when your deposit is confirmed. For most swaps the difference is very small. With a fixed rate (toggle the "Lock rate" switch), the amount you see is guaranteed regardless of market movement.

Enter the address of the wallet where you want to receive the converted tokens. Make sure the address is for the correct network — for example, an Ethereum address for USDC on Ethereum. Sending to the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.

Yes, in most cases. However, some exchanges require a memo or destination tag for certain tokens (like XRP or ATOM). If your exchange requires a memo, please contact us at support@cryptoswap.co before proceeding.

Unfortunately no — once you have sent funds to the deposit address, the transaction cannot be cancelled or reversed. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Please double-check all details before sending.

First check the status using your transaction ID on our transaction tracker. If your swap has been pending for more than 2 hours, please contact us at support@cryptoswap.co with your transaction ID.

If you sent more or less than the quoted amount, the exchange will be processed at the current market rate for the amount actually received. If the amount is below the minimum, the funds may be refunded minus network fees. Contact us at support@cryptoswap.co if you have concerns.

Unfortunately we cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Always verify your recipient address carefully before sending.
