Bitcoin swaps require 1–3 confirmations and can take up to 60 minutes
High market volatility causing rate recalculations
If your swap has been pending for more than 2 hours, please contact support with your transaction ID.
I sent the wrong amount ▼
If you sent less than the required amount, your swap may not process. If you sent more, the exchange will typically process the full amount received. Contact support@cryptoswap.co immediately with your transaction ID and deposit address.
I haven't received my tokens ▼
First, track your transaction to check the current status. If it shows "Complete" but you haven't received tokens:
Double-check the destination wallet address you provided
Check your wallet is connected to the correct network
Some tokens require manual import into your wallet
I entered the wrong destination address ▼
Unfortunately, if your deposit has already been sent and the exchange processed, transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. If your deposit hasn't been detected yet, contact us immediately at support@cryptoswap.co with your transaction ID.
My transaction shows "Failed" or "Refunded" ▼
A failed transaction may be refunded to the original deposit address within 24–48 hours. If you haven't received a refund after 48 hours, contact support@cryptoswap.co with your transaction ID.
I lost my transaction ID ▼
Check your browser history for the CryptoSwap deposit page. If you can't find it, email us at support@cryptoswap.co with the deposit address, token pair, approximate amount, and time of the transaction.
